Minnesota Chapter 39 Clothing Drive is coming to Andover in the Wal-Mart parking lot, Sat. (9am – 4pm) & Sun 11am – 4pm), June 16 & 17, 2018.

Last year EXCEL ENERGY was the FIVE STAR Sponsor of Chapter 39’s Annual Golf Tournament. The event raises funds for Veterans throughout the Chapter’s five-county area. Check back for details on the 2018 tournament and learn about how funds will support area veterans.

MN DAV Anoka Chapter 39 was busy this Spring helping the Anoka Veterans Food Shelf.

Another successful bagging fund raiser at County Market in Andover on March 21st. Thank you volunteers and County Market shoppers for your generous donations.

Anoka DAV Chapter 39 was actively involved in this year’s Veterans Day on the Hill, March 12, 2018.

“Congratulations to our elected Chapter officers,” shared Paul Kampa, re-elected DAV Anoka Minnesota Chapter 39’s post commander. Commander Paul Kampa; Senior Vice Loyd Brandvold; 1st Junior Vice William Gordon; Chaplin Rober Bormes; Treasurer Michael Stenquist; and Judge Advocate Paul Sharp were led in the oath of office at the February 8, 2018 Chapter meeting.

Thank you to the DAV Chapter 39 and DAV Auxiliary 39 members who volunteered their time at our “Bagging” fund-raising events in January at County Market in Andover. Proceeds support area Veterans. Our next “Bagging Fundraiser” will be on March 21st from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.
