Paul Michael “Marty” Kampa, age 72, passed away on March 10, 2023.  Marty had a passion for mentoring youth as an active member of the Boy Scouts of America as well as volunteering his time with the Disabled American Veterans, to include serving as MN DAV Chapter 39 commander for several years.
