MN DAV Chapter 39 and Auxiliary Unit 39 will conduct their meetings on Thursday. February 8, in the divided main hall of the VFW, 1919 Coon Rapids Blvd., Coon Rapids, MN 55433 at 6:30 PM.  The Golf Committee will meet an hour prior to the Chapter/Unit Meetings.

Nominations for Chapter & Auxiliary Unit officers are open at this meeting, with elections held at the March 14th meeting. The Leo Luskey Annual DAV Golf Tournament, along with Clothing Drives and Clothing Bins, remain our largest fund raisers to support local area Veterans and their Families within our 5-plus county area.  For these programs to continue to operate, VOLUNTEERS ARE URGENTLY NEEDED.

The 8th Annual Leo Luskey DAV Golf Tournament (July 18), DAV Spring Convention (April 25-27), Vets Day on the Hill (April 17), and a Veterans Information Seminar at the Anoka Armory (April 6), is on the agenda for discussion.
