CRAFT & BAKE SALE “A SUCCESS”
MN DAV Auxiliary Unit 39 thanks the community and employees of the Anoka County Courthouse for supporting the 2022 Craft & Bake Sale on December 8. Scott Berndt, adjutant and treasurer for MN DAV Chapter 39, says he was appreciative of all the Unit and Chapter volunteers who donated their time and baked the holiday treats, and crafted the hundreds of items sold at the event. All proceeds go directly to local Veterans and their families in Anoka and surrounding counties. This year MN DAV Chapter 39 unanimously voted to help defray costs for new members, so for the few weeks remaining in 2022, the cost of becoming a Lifetime DAV member is only $50. Scott invites area Veterans and family members interested in joining the DAV or DAV Auxiliary, to reach out to him at [email protected].
